Article 1. To strengthen the management of single-purpose commercial prepaid card issued by Yum Investment ( China ) Co., Ltd. , this charter is written in accordance with national laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the enactment of this statute.

 

Article 2. Pizza Hut Cash Voucher or other named prepaid card ( hereinafter referred to as " prepaid " ) is published by Yum ( China ) Investment Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as " Yum China " ) , and it only can be used to change products in Yum Chinese.

 

Article 3. Issuers, purchasers, cardholders and other parties are subject to the charter.

 

Article 4. Terms that this charter mentioned comply with following definition:

 

" Issuing enterprise " : Refers companies issued prepaid card, namely Yum China.

" Vending enterprise " : Refers the authorized company that have the right to sell prepaid card, namely China Yum , Yum China and various affiliates and Pizza Hut Delivery.

" Purchaser " : Refersto the company or individual, who use of currency funds to buy prepaid cards for product payments.

" Cardholder " : Means the company or individual who holds prepaid card and will change product in Pizza Hut.

Article 5. Where a one-time purchase of 10,000 yuan above ( including ), he shall provide a valid identity document to vending company. Valid documents include personal valid documents and company valid documents.

 

Valid personal identity document are identification card issued by government departments and can confirm ones ‘identity along with photo , including identity card, residence booklet, Military ID , police identification , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents passport ,international passport, etc. .

 

Company valid documents are supporting documents issued by authorities & government, and it can prove identity, including but not limited to, business license, certificate of legal institutions , tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, as well as Valid identification card of legal representatives and authorized handling person.

 

Vending companies should retain name or company name of someone or its agent. Valid identification number and contact information also is required.

 

Article 6. For companies who buys above 5,000 yuan (inclusive) or personal one buys 50,000 Yuan above ( including ) and do not use the on-site purchase. Should purchased through bank transfer , Second Party retained on the turn out&turn in of account name , account number, amount and other information.

 

Article 7. Prepaid card unified invoice when purchasing, when using prepaid card to change products, invoices will not be given again.

Article 8. The purchaser / cardholder enjoys the right to use of prepaid cards , and the right to know the function, the use of rules , fees and standards.

 

Article 9. Cardholders can change home delivery products that is no higher than the actual face value in China (except Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao regions) . Product prices are subject to the actual restaurants selling price. For use range, please refer to the newest information published on First Party’s Website.

 

Article 10. Prepaid card should be stamped to show effectiveness. During use, it cannot be exchanged , redeemed for cash , will not give change .

 

Article 11. Any copy, alter, torn of prepaid will be regarded invalid. Cardholder shall bear the economic losses.

 

Article 12. Prepaid card is anonymous and will not report the loss . Purchaser / cardholder should keep it carefully, for card loss, please bear the economic losses by your own.

 

Article 13. Prepaid cards are valid for at least three years, starting date please see the card records.

Article 14. Comply with the following prescribed conditions , the cardholder may apply for prepaid card extension :

 

( 1 ) Described use date of prepaid cards expire;

( 2 ) Prepaid card is not totally used within above period;

( 3 ) Prepaid card is integrity, not altered, torn.

 

Article 15. To renew the card, First Party should pay renew-fee for the one-year extension . No service charge for paper cards, electronic ones are subject to the regulations when issued.

 

Article 16. Purchase within 30 days from the date of buying prepaid cards, First party may ask for refund , but has to meet following conditions :

 

( 1 ) Provide the original card purchase certificate ;

( 2 ) The prepaid card has not been used , and is not altered, torn ;

( 3 ) Valid identity document should be provided and retained the following inforamtion:card 's name, valid ID card number, the total amount;

( 4 ) For those who using a credit card ,should provide the used credit;

( 5 ) Shall pay return fees to issuing corporate / vending companies, electronic ones are subject to the regulations when cards are buying;

( 6 ) Paper vouchers cannot be returned, please refer to Article 15 for extension .

 

Article 17. Second Party will return to the bank account that named by returner, and keep bank account information. Less than 100 Yuan(100 Yuan is included) can be paid in cash.

Article 18. Issuing company will provide relevant information about prepaid utilization in printing documents or through the website, including the constitution, the use of rules, fees and standards .

 

Article 19. Pizza Hut Delivery Prepaid Card only sell via issuing or vending business. Yum China will never authorized or commissioned any organization , website or any form of sale of prepaid cards . For buyer / cardholder who purchase cards not through vending or issuing company, please bear your responsibility by your own.

 

Article 20. Buyer/ cardholder who buy prepaid only can be used for conditions under this charter. Buyer / cardholder is not authorized to use trademarks or issuing enterprise other intellectual property rights, or any form of prepaid cards for re-sale .

 

Article 21. For violation of this charter, the card issuing company / vending companies have the right to suspend the use of the prepaid card .

 

Article 22. The issuing companies should bear confidential responsibility to buyers’ information, and cannot be disclosed without the consent of any company or individual, except the laws , regulations and rules stated or card issuing company has agreement with buyers.

 

Article 23. Due to force majeure or electricity, telecommunications , system failures and other reasons that cause cardholder cannot not use a prepaid card , card companies must provide the necessary assistance, but do not bears possible loss.

 

Article 24. This charter is formulated, modified and explained by the Yum China. Any revision will be publicized through the website .

 

Article 25. This charter came into force since December 1, 2012 .
